3. No Payment Collection or Guarantee

  • We do not collect rent, deposits, booking amounts, or fees on behalf of property owners

  • We do not guarantee payments, refunds, or cancellations

  • We are not responsible for any financial transactions between tenants and owners

Users are advised to independently verify all payment terms before making any commitments.

4. Property Information & Verification

While we strive to list accurate and verified properties, we do not guarantee that:

  • Descriptions, images, prices, or availability are error-free

  • Property conditions will match expectations

Users should personally visit and verify the property before finalizing any rental agreement.
